Home is going on 10 years old and our client informed us that the original concrete pour had a beautiful color in it but over the years the pool water and the uv's rays from the sun has just faded it beyond the point where you can just leave it alone. We also found water intrusion through the expansion joints between the pool deck and the coping so the urgency was there to restore this as well.
